Send Bruce feedback or ask questions
On my donate page I say:
It’s a pleasure to receive feedback, and helpful to boot. Feel free to share any feedback or stories about any of my articles, resources, or services that you’ve found helpful, inspiring, or genuinely enjoyable; how I’ve helped you made positive changes in your life; what topics or type of content you’d like to see more of; and anything else you’d like to share. You’re welcome to share any resources (i.e. links to websites, or info about products) that you think I might like or find helpful. I appreciate and enjoy heartfelt, authentic communication, and especially enjoy hearing about how something I’ve shared has helped you.
Why send feedback?
Ultimately I’m doing this for you guys, so I want to know I can help you most effectively. Knowing what you find helpful and what produces positive results for you allows me to focus more energy and attention on those topics and ideas and also gives me insight into the content I create. At the very least, feedback should give me ideas for new articles, content, and resources, empowering me to optimise and refine my approach and to utilise my strengths and talents more effectively.
Why ask questions?
I’m very interestead to see and compile any questions you have. Please be aware that I may not answer every question you send me (in some cases I may not have the time or feel qualified or inspired to answer your question at this time, or in general; above all, I do my best to be true to myself), but I’m eager to see what questions you have, and will at least reply to each email I get even if I don’t answer your question(s). (Even if you send me a question and I don’t answer it, it still helps me learn more about you and the people who visit my site.) If I feel I’m able to suitably answer a question you send I might even write a blog post in response to, or inspired by it. *
You can send me feedback or questions via my contact form.
Thank you.

* Note: please be aware that I don’t really have the capacity to reasonably (and responsibly) offer personal support via email in relation to specific issues you’re experiencing. You can still ask questions of a general nature, but if you’re looking for individualised, one-on-one support in relation to an issue you’re experiencing, I feel support is best delivered in a more individualised format (such as a paid service—either mine or someone else’s—or product from someone you genuinely feel has the appropriate qualifications and experience to support you). I still care about you, but, at least for me, I don’t feel that offering free support via text-based mediums (such as email) is very effective or sustainable.
